  • Can I cancel an order?
    If you need to cancel an order you will have to be quick! Once I have started baking your order you will not be able to cancel the order. We hope you understand that as everything is made super fresh and baked to order it wouldn’t be feasible to cancel after we’ve baked it!
  • I have an allergy can you cater for that?
    All of our ingredients are listed in the description of our bakes. Whilst we take every care to ensure that any allergens are controlled all of our bakes are baked in an environment that handles the fourteen major allergens these being: Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Gluten, Soya, Sesame, Celery, Crustaceans, Fish, Molluscs, Sulphites, Mustard, Lupin. This means we can’t guarantee that our bakes are free of any allergens.
  • Can I add a note?
    Yes! If you leave a note at check out we can pop a handwritten note in the box for you. We always try our best to make sure the note is included but we can’t guarantee that we won’t accidentally miss it!
  • When will my order be delivered?
    We aim to have your order ready for delivery within 5 working days but we do ask that you allow up to 10 working days before contacting us, unless earlier delivery has been arranged prior to order. We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked 24, however if there are issues with service we may use another.
  • When can I collect?
    Our bakes are all handmade to order and therefore collection can not be arranged until the order has been processed. When you order is ready we will contact you! Please do not order for a specific day unless you have contacted us first.
