DELIVERIES

Our brownies are all handmade to order and therefore collection can not be arranged until the order has been processed. We aim to have your order ready for delivery within 5 working days but we do ask that you allow up to 10 working days before contacting us, unless earlier delivery has been arranged prior to order.

COMPLAINTS

We get very few of these, but when we do, we take them seriously. So if you’re at all unhappy with your brownies, send them back. But please do so within three days, so we can get a fair idea of the problem. (After that they’d be a bit past it anyway.)

CANCELLATIONS
You’ll have to be quick, to be honest. Once we’ve baked your batch, we can’t take cancellations or offer a refund.
