Delivery Info

Delivery: We use royal mail as our courier. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched. You will then receive your order 1-2 working days after you have received the dispatch email. We do aim to work faster than this but have to account for unexpected disruption.

Collection is from Unit 8 Cardrew Trade Park, Redruth TR15 1SW on a pre-arranged basis only.

*Please note - if you are in northern ireland or anywhere off of the mainland U.K. your order will likely not arrive in 24 hours, if this is the case and you would like your order in a specific time frame please let us know beforehand.

* All delivery options are for UK deliveries only. International delivery is not currently available on The Funky Brownie Co.

Late delivery

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a delivery (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). We do ask for your patience if this happens.

If your items haven't arrived within the delivery timescales and you haven't heard from The Funky Brownie Co, something may have gone wrong. Get in touch with us to let us know – we’ll be very happy to help.
